Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

DentaVoice LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://yourdentavoice.net (the “Site”) and when you use our personal business-line call-screener and related SMS notification program (the “Services”).

By using the Site or enrolling in SMS alerts, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This Policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. federal law and, where applicable, Colorado state law, including the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”) for covered processing activities.

1. Who this Policy covers

This Policy applies to:

• Visitors to the Site.

• The account owner who configures and uses the call-screener Services.

Our Call Screener Owner Alerts SMS program sends text messages only to the single mobile number designated by the account owner. It is not a public marketing or patient outreach program. We do not use this program to send promotional text messages to patients, leads, or purchased contact lists.

If your organization maintains a separate Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA for clinical operations, that notice governs health information in the practice context. This Policy governs the Site and the call-screener SMS program described here.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect personal information in the following categories, depending on how you interact with us:

A. Information you provide

Contact information, such as name, email address, or other details if you submit a form or contact us.

Account / configuration information for the call-screener, including the owner mobile phone number you designate to receive SMS alerts.

B. Information collected automatically (Site)

When you visit the Site, we or our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and dates/times of access.

• Cookies and similar technologies, if enabled on the Site (see Section 8).

C. Call-screener and SMS program data

When the call-screener and SMS notifications are enabled, we process:

• The account owner’s mobile phone number (SMS recipient).

• Caller telephone numbers and limited call-related context included in alert message bodies (for example, an unknown caller’s phone number, a short description of purpose, or trusted-contact transfer status).

• SMS interaction data, such as reply keywords you send (BLOCK, ALLOW, IGNORE) and associated handling outcomes.

• Delivery and operations metadata from our messaging and cloud providers (for example, message timestamps and delivery status).

We design alert content to be operational and minimal. We do not intend to transmit full clinical records or detailed protected health information through these SMS alerts.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services; send one-to-one operational SMS alerts to the configured owner phone; process owner replies and apply call-handling rules; authenticate and secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot errors; comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms; and communicate with you about the Services (for example, support responses). We do not use SMS program data for third-party advertising, lead brokerage, or unrelated marketing.

4. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors that help us operate the Site and Services under contractual obligations to protect data and use it only for our instructions (for example, cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and infrastructure providers such as Twilio and application hosting providers); professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality obligations; and authorities or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPA.

5. SMS program — important notices (TCPA / carrier compliance)

The Call Screener Owner Alerts program sends messages only to the owner phone number you configure; is opt-in by configuration: you enable SMS and supply your number in the screener setup; there is no mass “text START to subscribe” program for the public; may include telephone numbers in message bodies (caller ID); is not a substitute for emergency services; and delivery is not guaranteed. Message frequency varies (event-driven, typically low volume). Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details. To stop alerts, disable SMS in screener configuration or remove/change the owner phone number. For program help, contact us at robert@yourkingmaker.com.

6. Legal bases and applicable law (summary)

We process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you (provide the Services); pursue legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention) not overridden by your rights; and comply with legal obligations. Where the CPA applies to our processing, we honor applicable Colorado consumer rights described in Section 9.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it consistent with our practices and provider capabilities.

8. Cookies and analytics

If we use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies on the Site, they may support basic functionality, security, or analytics. Where required, we will provide additional notice and choice mechanisms. You may control cookies through browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

9. Your privacy rights

A. All users. You may request access to or correction of certain information we hold about you by contacting us (Section 12). We may need to verify your identity before responding. B. Colorado residents (CPA). If the CPA applies to our processing, Colorado residents may have the right to access personal information we process about you; correct inaccuracies in your personal information; delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to exceptions; and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising through the SMS program as described in this Policy. To exercise CPA rights, email robert@yourkingmaker.com with the subject line “Colorado Privacy Request.” We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may appeal a denial as described in our response. You may also contact the Colorado Attorney General regarding concerns about our compliance. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. C. Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights when those laws apply to our processing. Contact us using the information in Section 12.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
